Paul Kim

 Bio : I have been tutoring mathematics for a little over 10 years. I completed my undergraduate studies in pure mathematics at UC Irvine and received a masters in pure mathematics at CSULB. Aside from teaching math, I also enjoy eating good, working out, and being involved with my church.

 Class description:
One of the primary goals for students taking any math class here is for them to gain a strong sense of self-confidence, a deeper understanding of fundamental math concepts, and to improve their overall critical thinking and problem solving skills. I will be identifying students' weaknesses and focus on improving their understanding and competency in those areas by breaking down concepts, providing examples, and giving them ample practice until the students reached a level of confidence to work independently. Students will be in an encouraging, caring environment where they can learn and excel in math, and hopefully they will learn to enjoy doing math as well!
